Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Crossara Android application and this website. By using Crossara, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Crossara is a visual crosshair overlay utility for Android. Features may change during pre-launch development and before general availability.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Crossara only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and the rules of any game, app, platform, competition, or service with which you use it. You are responsible for determining whether overlays are permitted in your particular context.

You must not misuse Crossara, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass paid-feature controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it to violate another party's rights.

3. No affiliation

Crossara is an independent utility. Unless expressly stated, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher, device manufacturer, platform, or tournament organizer.

4. Your content

If you select a Custom PNG, you are responsible for having the right to use that image. Crossara processes the selected image locally for rendering as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases and advertising

Advertising and a PRO purchase are planned but are not active in the current pre-launch build described by the privacy audit dated 23 August 2026. If enabled, purchases will be handled through Google Play and may be subject to Google Play's terms, refund rules, and billing requirements. Applicable advertising and consent details will be disclosed before or alongside activation.

6. Intellectual property

Crossara, its name, branding, software, designs, and related materials are owned by Crossara or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app as provided.

7. Availability and updates

We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app or website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Crossara is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or app, competitive results, or acceptance by third-party games or platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crossara and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Crossara evolves. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
