These Terms of Service govern your use of Crossara, an Android application developed and published by CROSSARA LABS.

By installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using Crossara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

Crossara is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Crossara with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

1. What Crossara Does

Crossara is a visual crosshair and reticle overlay utility for Android.

It allows users to choose and customize visual crosshairs and display them over other applications using Android's overlay functionality.

Crossara is designed as a visual-only utility. It does not intentionally:

• read or modify the memory of another application or game;
• modify game files;
• inject code into another application;
• automate aiming or gameplay;
• generate game input;
• intercept or alter game network traffic;
• record or capture gameplay; or
• read another application's screen contents.

Crossara is not an aimbot, game automation service, or game modification tool.

2. Third-Party Games, Platforms and Anti-Cheat Systems

Crossara is independent from the games, publishers, platforms and competitive services with which users may choose to use it.

Different games and platforms may have different rules regarding screen overlays, crosshair utilities or other third-party applications. Those rules may also change without notice to CROSSARA LABS.

You are responsible for determining whether Crossara is permitted in the particular game, platform, tournament or service you use.

CROSSARA LABS does not guarantee that:

• Crossara is permitted by every game or platform;
• every anti-cheat system will treat Crossara in the same way;
• Crossara will work with every game;
• use of Crossara will never result in a warning, restriction, suspension or other action by a third party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CROSSARA LABS is not responsible for actions taken against your account by a third-party game, publisher, tournament operator or platform based on that third party's own rules or systems.

3. License to Use Crossara

CROSSARA LABS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Crossara for lawful personal use, subject to these Terms.

Purchasing a premium entitlement gives you the applicable right to use those Crossara features. It does not transfer ownership of Crossara, its source code, branding, included designs or other intellectual property to you.

Except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be restricted, you may not use Crossara to unlawfully copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit Crossara itself.

4. Free Access and Premium Features

Crossara provides a usable free experience and may reserve certain designs, customization controls or other features for premium access.

The exact features available in each tier are shown in the app and may evolve as Crossara is improved.

Crossara currently uses the following premium entitlement structure:

Crossara PLUS provides a one-time premium entitlement to PRO designs, RGB Glow and Rotation under the current product configuration, and removes Crossara's normal advertising. PRECISION designs and Custom PNG remain available to PLUS users through the applicable temporary rewarded-access path.

Crossara ULTIMATE provides the highest current premium entitlement and includes the applicable PLUS features together with permanent access to additional premium content, including the PRECISION collection and Custom PNG under the current product configuration.

Crossara may also offer an ULTIMATE Upgrade purchase for eligible users who already own an applicable lower-tier permanent entitlement.

The in-app purchase screen is the authoritative source for the features included with a purchase at the time it is offered.

5. One-Time Purchases and the Meaning of “Permanent”

Crossara PLUS and Crossara ULTIMATE are currently offered as one-time, non-subscription purchases through Google Play.

They do not renew automatically and do not create a recurring Crossara subscription fee.

When Crossara describes an entitlement as permanent, it means that the purchased entitlement does not expire after a fixed subscription period and is intended to remain associated with the applicable Google Play purchase/account in accordance with Google Play's purchase system.

“Permanent” does not mean that:

• Crossara is guaranteed to operate forever;
• CROSSARA LABS guarantees support for every future Android version or device;
• every individual design or implementation detail will remain unchanged forever;
• third-party services such as Google Play will remain unchanged indefinitely; or
• CROSSARA LABS is required to operate an unavailable or legally prohibited service forever.

Google also describes non-consumable one-time products as purchases that provide a permanent benefit associated with the user's account.

We will not intentionally convert an already-purchased one-time entitlement into a recurring Crossara subscription simply because the app's future pricing model changes.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

6. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices shown in Crossara are obtained through Google Play and may vary by country, currency, tax treatment, exchange rates, promotions and Google Play pricing configuration.

The price shown to you through the Google Play purchase flow before you confirm a transaction is the applicable transaction price.

Crossara's Terms do not guarantee a specific price in every country or for future purchasers.

7. Google Play Billing

Digital purchases in Crossara are processed using Google Play Billing.

Google Play, rather than CROSSARA LABS, processes your payment method and financial transaction. CROSSARA LABS does not receive your complete card number, CVV, banking PIN or similar payment credentials.

Crossara may receive and process purchase-status information necessary to provide, acknowledge, reconcile or restore your entitlement.

Google Play's billing system is the standard system used for digital products distributed through Google Play where its Payments policy applies.

8. Purchase Restoration and Ownership

Where supported, Crossara may query Google Play to determine whether the Google account currently using the app owns an applicable Crossara purchase.

Purchase restoration depends on Google Play being able to confirm the relevant ownership.

A local Crossara entitlement cache may be used to provide app functionality, but local state alone is not intended to create independent proof of a purchase where Google Play ownership is required.

Purchases may not restore correctly if, for example, you use a different Google Play account from the account that made the purchase or if Google Play cannot confirm ownership.

9. Refunds, Reversals and Purchase Problems

Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play's refund policies, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Google states that some Google Play purchases may qualify for refunds depending on factors including what was purchased, when the request is made and the user's location. Google may direct users to the developer in some circumstances.

Crossara does not state that all purchases are absolutely non-refundable.

If Google Play refunds, reverses, cancels or otherwise invalidates a purchase, the related Crossara entitlement may be removed where appropriate.

10. Rewarded Advertising and Temporary Access

Crossara may offer eligible users the option to voluntarily complete rewarded advertisements in exchange for temporary access to certain premium content.

Rewarded access is different from purchasing PLUS or ULTIMATE.

The applicable unlock requirement, duration and eligible content are displayed in the app when the offer is made.

Temporary rewarded access:

• does not create ownership of the premium product;
• can expire;
• may apply only to specific content or features;
• may require successful completion of the displayed rewarded-ad requirement; and
• depends on third-party advertising availability.

Crossara does not guarantee that a rewarded advertisement will always be available.

Network problems, advertising inventory, consent settings, Google services or technical conditions may prevent an ad from being offered or completed.

A reward is granted only according to the applicable Crossara reward flow after the advertising provider reports the required successful event.

11. Advertising

The free version of Crossara may display advertising through Google AdMob.

Premium users may receive an ad-free Crossara experience according to the entitlement shown in the app.

An ad-free entitlement refers to advertising served as part of Crossara's own monetization experience. It does not control advertisements or content displayed by another application, game or platform.

Advertising availability and behavior may depend on Google, network connectivity, user privacy choices, region and other factors outside CROSSARA LABS' control.

12. Custom PNG Content

Crossara may allow eligible users to select their own PNG image for use as a custom crosshair.

You retain any rights you already have in content you select. CROSSARA LABS does not claim ownership of your user-selected image merely because you use it in Crossara.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the image you select and that your use does not violate applicable law or another party's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

You must not use Crossara's Custom PNG feature for unlawful or infringing purposes.

CROSSARA LABS is not responsible for content independently selected or supplied by users.

13. Crossara Intellectual Property

Crossara's source code, interface, branding, logos, original crosshair designs, artwork, documentation and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CROSSARA LABS, as applicable.

The Crossara name and related brand assets may not be presented as your own product or used in a way that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation or ownership.

Third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

Crossara is not sponsored by or affiliated with third-party games merely because users may use Crossara while using those games.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Crossara to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe another person's intellectual-property or other rights;
• bypass or fraudulently manipulate Crossara purchases or entitlements;
• fraudulently manipulate rewarded-ad mechanisms;
• distribute unauthorized modified or counterfeit versions of Crossara;
• intentionally interfere with Crossara's security mechanisms; or
• falsely represent yourself as CROSSARA LABS.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable law to inspect, study, interoperate with, or otherwise use software where those rights cannot legally be restricted.

15. Updates and Changes to Crossara

Crossara will continue to evolve.

We may add, improve, replace, reorganize or remove features, designs or technical implementations for reasons including user experience, compatibility, security, legal requirements, third-party platform changes or product development.

We do not promise that Crossara will always contain a fixed number of crosshair designs.

At the same time, we recognize legitimate expectations associated with paid purchases. We will not deliberately use this section as a blanket right to remove the fundamental benefit of an active paid entitlement without regard to applicable consumer law.

Where a material change affects purchased functionality, we will handle it in a manner consistent with applicable law and Google Play requirements.

16. Device and Platform Compatibility

Crossara depends on Android platform capabilities including overlay permissions and foreground services.

Performance and compatibility can vary because of:

• Android version;
• device manufacturer modifications;
• device hardware;
• system permission settings;
• battery-management behavior;
• Google Play services;
• third-party games and applications; and
• future platform changes.

We do not guarantee identical behavior on every Android device, version, game or manufacturer environment.

17. Third-Party Services

Crossara relies on certain third-party services, including Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform.

Those services are operated independently and may experience outages, policy changes or technical changes outside CROSSARA LABS' control.

Your use of those services may also be subject to Google's terms and policies.

18. Privacy

Crossara's handling of information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of understanding how Crossara operates, including local app data, advertising, Google services, Custom PNG handling and privacy choices.

19. Availability

We aim to keep Crossara reliable and available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Crossara may occasionally be unavailable or limited because of maintenance, bugs, Android changes, Google services, network conditions, legal requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. No Absolute Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crossara is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party application, or free from every possible defect.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CROSSARA LABS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from your use or inability to use Crossara where such liability can lawfully be limited.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from:

• a third-party game's decision to restrict or penalize your account;
• incompatibility with a particular game or device;
• third-party service outages;
• rewarded-ad unavailability;
• misuse of Crossara; or
• user-selected Custom PNG content.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights granted under mandatory consumer law.

22. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to Crossara or particular services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or violations of these Terms.

We will not use termination merely to avoid legitimate obligations associated with a valid purchase.

Google Play may separately suspend, refund, revoke or otherwise affect transactions or account access under Google's own policies.

23. Governing Law and Local Rights

CROSSARA LABS operates from India.

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of India, without preventing you from relying on mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply in the country where you live.

Where applicable law gives you rights or remedies that cannot be waived by contract, these Terms do not override those rights.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Crossara's functionality, business model, legal requirements or third-party services materially change.

The Last Updated date will be revised when a new version is published.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying material changes.

Changes to these Terms do not retroactively remove mandatory legal rights associated with an earlier purchase.
